This relaxed and feminine 'do is a modern take on the Sixties beehive, updated using loose waves and a delicate fishtail braid. The best bit? This hairstyle will work amazingly well for both day and night! It'll keep your hair out of your face during the day, then when you're ready to party, simply add a little shine spray, and you'll be ready!
Backcomb...Take a horseshoe section from around the crown and gently tease the hair with a fine comb for extra volume - go as big as you dare!
Section...Take one-inch-sized pieces from one side of the horseshoe section and split into two.
Plait...Cross the hair one section over the other to create the fishtail braid, adding hair from the top only. Repeat on the other side.
Secure...Secure the plaits together using a thin bobble or clear elastic halfway between the crown and the base of the neck. Tease the plait gently with your fingers and brush through the curls to make it look loose and undone.
