The Full Body Stretch

How To Do It:
Lie on your back and straighten out your legs. Put your arms above your head and touch the palm of your hands together. Stretch out your arms and legs, point out your toes and stretch out with your fingers. Repeat this with the backs of your hands touching.

What’s Happening:
This is a great overall body stretch to do first thing in the morning.
