How it works

Research has revealed that when normal meals are replaced with three portions of dairy calcium a day, it helps speed fat loss in your abdomen – shrinking muffin tops.

To drop 5lb this week, each day have three portions from this list:

  • 125-150g low-fat yogurt
  • 30g cheese
  • 3tbsp cottage cheese
  • 250ml skimmed milk

Day 1


  • 30g Special K cereal with 200ml skimmed milk plus 1tbsp natural yogurt with 1tbsp sultanas
  • Any time snack (2 per day) – 125-150g low-fat fruit yogurt


  • Mixed fruit salad with banana, topped with 125g low-fat natural yogurt



  • Fresh pineapple, grape and orange medley salad
