How does the seasonal summer diet work?

It’s simple. During June, July and August you only eat foods that are in season. You can do just one month, all three or you could do one month on, one month off – ideal if you’ve got a summer holiday in the middle of the summer.

How much weight will I lose?

It all depends on many factors such as your height, age and starting weight but in one month you could lose at least half a stone. In three months you’d lose a minimum of one-and-a-half stone. If you exercise you could lose even more weight and tone up too.
