The diet rules
1. Eat a cooked, tomato-rich dinner every day, such as vegetable pasta, spaghetti bolognese, grilled tomatoes on toast.
2. Drink only plain water with lemon at mealtimes.
3. Coffee and tea without sugar can be drunk at any time between meals.
4. Only have one starch meal per day.
5. Snack on roasted or cherry tomatoes.

Basic meals
– Tomato and mozzarella salad: 1 large beef tomato, sliced, with 30g mozzarella, drizzled with 1tsp pesto.
– Tomato and parmesan salad: 2 medium tomatoes with a few fresh Parmesan shavings. Dress with olive oil and basil leaves.
– Tomato abd cucumber salad: 6 cherry tomatoes, 6 slices cucumber, 1tbsp vinaigrette
