How it works

By eating three servings of low-fat dairy foods daily and following these simple exercises you will be on your way to the sculpted waist you’ve dreamed of.

What your waist says about your health…

You need to pay attention to both your overall waist measurement and your waist-to-hip ratio. To work it out, divide your waist measurement by your hip measurement. E.g. Waist 28in / hips 36in = 0.78. A healthy ratio is 0.7 to 0.8. But whatever your ratio, your waist should be no more than 32 inches – more than that suggests you’re at risk of diabetes and heart disease.

The Diet

Mix and match your meals from the following options, but make sure you include at least three dairy items – you can have three of the same thing if you like.

Choose from:
* 1 pot of low-fat yoghurt.
* 1 small pot of low-fat cottage cheese.
* 1-2 sticks (30g) of hard cheese (e.g Cheddar).
* 250ml of skimmed milk.
