Don't given up trying. If you eat something unplanned dont beat yourself up just keep going. Change it to a treat day, if you find you are missing things try a swap. I missed icecream so much I froze the fat free low sugar yogurts I was allowed (dont be fooled by alot of frozen yoghurt a on sale). Don't set yourself up to fail, be realistic and change things a bit at a time.
