Never ,ever use cans of beans r any cans as a substitute for weights. I , as an instructor I know of may accidents that can happen from using cans : such as slipping out of hands when the label falls off, or slipping out of hands when swinging the can backwards, this can strike the shin, causing a painful bruise or cut, or even hit the person behind. Hand weights, with slender grips, are by far the best and the cheapest to use.


flabby arms is common in older ladies, and they commonl like to play bingo. so imagine a lady who just called bingo standing up and flailing her arms in excitement.. yeah. bingo wings


do all these at the gym but still have some. Can anyone tell me how they came to be called bingo wings in the first place
