Banish those bingo wings
Hold a large can (450g of beans, tomatoes, etc) in each hand. Stand upright, feet hip distance apart and hands/can together in front of you. Lift both arms to the side and up to shoulder height, lower back down and bring back together in front of you. Keep your arms straight throughout.
