Celebrities keeping fit: Britney Spears
The 33-year-old star has been showing off her yoga skills in her latest Instagram snap, which she captioned: 'Namaste'
Ms Spears is by no means a stranger to working out. Talking to Women's Health earlier this year, she revealed how she keeps so trim! 'Dancing is a great cardio workout,' she said. 'Tough and fun at the same time.'
'I like my workouts to be effective in a short amount of time,' she explained. 'I start with 20 minutes of intense cardio - usually running - move on to light free weights, body-weight exercises such as push-ups, squats, and sit-ups, then finish it off with a stretch.'
Looks like we can add yoga to the mum-of-two's workout routine as well! We're worn out just thinking about it...
