Hi Sandra, the idea is to blend them raw! It doesn't sound very appealing but a lot of these juices taste surprisingly nice - after a little getting used to. If you're a little unsure about some of them then perhaps start out with some of the fruitier ones like apple, pineapple, banana and natural yogurt. Enjoy!

do you have to cook any of the ingredients first? I can't imagine blitzing raw veg
