Lack of sleep is really debilitating - it gradually creeps up on you. Even if you say 'Oh, I don't need much sleep' the truth is that you actually do as lots of important things happen when we get a proper night sleep. Cut it short and your body doesn’t have time to complete all of the phases needed for muscle repair, memory consolidation and release of hormones regulating growth and appetite. Plus you miss out on all those lovely dreams! :)

It's amazing what a good night sleep can do! And how everything can seem such a challenge when you haven't had enough. This is definitely the best tip. Getting plenty of sleep is great for you for all sorts of reasons.

Getting a full 8 hours sleep really does make you feel better & happier. I suffer from fibromyalgia & struggle to sleep most nights but when I've had a good night's sleep I feel so much better the next day
