NB Has anyone researched how much people pour into their bowls? For some cereals, there could be a big difference between what people see as 'typical' portion sizes. Also - due to changes in their bodies, teenagers tend to eat significantly more, so that'll make a difference too. (And they'll tend to go for fast-acting carbs, rather than Shredded Wheat and Weetabix - the only cereals without sugar, apart from ones labelled as 'low/no sugar').
