I'd like to see what studies you're looking at telling you how bad GMOs in particular are. I bet if you did some research you'd find the "science" involved is psuedo at best. Not to mention the scant real evidence of every other buzzword you just used. Oh, but sorry, people don't do their own research anymore. They get spoon fed 'information' from the media or Facebook and refuse to educate themselves otherwise.

THEY ARE NOT "REALLY GOOD FOR YOU" They are TERRIBLE FOR YOU.

Are you kidding me? Look at your ingredients list. If you care one bit about your health and your life, you will educate yourself and not eat garbage like this. Eating foods like these that are processed and full of sugars and zero nutrients, are leading to a miserable life. Adjust accordingly. Look up BHT. Look up why these garbage ingredients are so bad for your health and the health of your children. Eat real foods such as steel oats and grain cereals as a replacement. Say good-bye to processed and genetically modified corn and wheats.

Hmm... interesting. Hope IV didn't offend any iceberg lettuce lovers. But wait, how does it stand against other veggies and what are the amounts of these nutrients? I'm wondering if of all listed this "moisture" one is the most prevalent.

Lettuce contains moisture, energy, protein, fat, carbohydrates, dietary fiber, and sugars. The minerals and vitamins found in lettuce include calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorous, potassium, sodium, zinc along with vitamins like thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, folate, vitamin B-6, C, A, E, and vitamin K.

What's so good about them? I'm avoiding those multi grain cereals for the wheat content but these flakes seem to have the nutritional content of a leaf of iceberg lettuce
