As the ageing process takes hold I realise that if I want to keep my current image as young as possible, unfortunately, the only way apart from surgery, is exercise, which I don't really enjoy. I can cope with most of my body, but when it comes to my knees, I can only describe them as very chunky, and I desire slimmer knees. Does anyone know of an exercise to combat my problem. My legs are altogether chunky, I can cope with that, I just want to reduce the knee size if anyone knows of such an exercise, please post here. ;) (Generally a size 12) Thanks, Controversial Carol
