Happiness top tips – exercise

Don’t worry – we’re not suggesting you run a marathon or swim the channel.

Even if you just walk up the stairs at work, get off the bus one stop early or even have a really good stretch and do a couple of star jumps before you leave the house you’ll have a better start to the day.

Exercise of any sort creates endorphins which make you happier – simple as that.
