From over-the-top to casual beaches, see pics from celebrity weddings including Tom and Katie, Tess and Vernon and Jamie and Jools and more
It can be hard to keep up with who’s dating who in celebville until, that is, they decide to put a ring on it. Then, with lavish ceremonies and not-to-be-missed diamonds, the whole world tends to know there’s a celebrity wedding afoot.
We run through some memorable unions from Zoe Ball and Norman Cook to Dermot and Dee, and reveal some of the latest A-listers to get hitched.
How do they compare to your wedding day? (We preferred ours too!)

Catherine Tyldesley
Coronation Street star Catherine Tyldesley has shared this gorgeous picture of herself on her wedding day wearing her evening wedding dress.
The star married Tom Pitfield earlier this year in Cheshire, with some of her Corrie stars joining the celebrations, including her on screen partner Shayne Ward.
She shared the snap of the evening gown on her Instagram account. The ivory silk gown was made by designer Mark Melia, while the 32-year-old actress had spent the rest of her wedding day in a white lace creation by Phillip Armstrong, which had pretty cut out sections on it.

Celebrity weddings: Kelly-Marie Stewart
Former Hollyoaks actress Kelly-Marie Stewart has defied a debilitating illness to walk down the aisle on her wedding day.
The 31-year-old, who played Hayley Ramsay in the Channel 4 soap, was left wheelchair-bound 10 years ago after contracting Guillain-Barre Syndrome, a condition which attacks the nervous system and left her paralysed from the waist down.
However, before her wedding ceremony on August 30th, Kelly-Marie dedicated herself to months of neurological physiotherapy, and her hard work paid off as she managed to walk with her father to meet groom James Loveday at the altar.
‘Everyone was on such a high after all the tears,’ the newlywed told the Liverpool Echo. ‘We only invited close friends and family, so everyone in that room were people who had thought I?d never get out of the wheelchair, they were the people who had been on that journey with me for the last 10 years.’
‘Everybody knew I was constantly having physio for the last 18 months and I was doing all I could to walk down the aisle, but I?d had a few wobbles along the way.’
‘I got emotional walking with my dad. I wanted to surprise him as well as James. They knew I had intentions of walking but they didn?t push me in case I couldn?t,’ she explained.
‘I went to bits saying my vows. I was sobbing the day after because I was so happy but I didn?t want to do it again because it couldn?t have been more perfect.’
Congratulations Kelly – you make a beautiful bride and we’re sure your family couldn’t be prouder!

Celebrity weddings: Chris O’Dowd and Dawn O’Porter
Dawn O’Porter has revealed her wedding dress to fans for the very first time!
The star, who welcomed her first child with husband Chris in January 2015, a baby boy named Art, shared a picture of the dress with her Instagram followers.
And it looks as though the TV star was keen to steer away from the traditional big white dress. The little pink number was actually a second hand find on auction site eBay. And at £24, it was a steal!
She captioned the pic: ‘Three years ago today I married the man I love in this old and beaten outfit I got for £24 on EBay.’
She also revealed that she’s had a new version of it designed for her very own clothing line, BOB.
We love your laid-back, wedding style, Dawn! What do you think?

Celebrity weddings: Ronan Keating and Storm Uechtritz
Congratulations are in order for Boyzone singer Ronan Keating, who married his girlfriend Storm Uechtritz yesterday!
Ronan, 38, and bride-to-be Storm, 34, were spotted arriving at Waverley train station in Edinburgh earlier that day, ahead of their nuptials at Archerfield House in East Lothian, Scotland. And the couple got quite the star-studded turnout!
Westlife singer Brian McFadden, who’s known Ronan for years since their pop days being managed by Louis Walsh, looked dapper in his suit, whilst Dannii Minogue was also in attendance with her boyfriend Adrian Newman. Ronan’s bandmates Shane Lynch and Mikey Graham were also seen outside the wedding venue.
Here’s hoping that guests we treated to a rendition of ‘When you say nothing at all’ – ahhhh!

Celebrity weddings: Suranne Jones and Laurence Akers
Suranne Jones is now a married lady, after reportedly marrying her magazine editor fiancé Laurence Akers in a very small, private ceremony at Islington Town Hall in London.
A source told The Sun: ‘Suranne is very private and not the type of person to have her wedding in a magazine or on social media.’
‘The nuptials were very hastily arranged with nothing too fancy. But it was intimate and romantic, and both the bride and groom were very happy.’
The 36-year-old actress met Laurence, who runs Nikon-Pro magazine, at a wedding last year, and the pair got engaged after a whirlwind six-week romance.
Now they’ve got their own nuptials to celebrate – and although we’re a bit gutted not to get a glimpse of the dress, it’s refreshing to see a celeb keeping their private life, well… private!
Which TV star, who’s been married for 10 years, has shared some very sad break-up news?

Celebrity weddings: Declan Donnelly and Ali Astall
Congratulations are in order for Dec, 39, and his agent Ali Astall, who tied the knot on Saturday 1st August!
The ceremony took place in St Michael’s Roman Catholic Church in Newcastle, with celebs including Phillip Schofield, Fearne Cotton, Rochelle and Marvin Humes and comedian Keith Lemon joining the couple to celebrate their special day.
Of course, there was only one choice of best man – Dec’s other other half, Ant McPartlin, who is said to have made an emotional, but still rather hilarious speech.
‘It was a brilliant wedding. Ant?s best man speech was very heartfelt, but hilarious at the same time,’ a guest revealed. ‘He had gone to a lot of trouble by getting messages from some of Dec?s pals who couldn?t be there.’
‘Coldplay had even put together a spoof about Dec?s life. And Prince Charles sent in a message. That came after a letter from the Pope. Dec was in shock and he got pretty choked up. It was the perfect day.’
It seems that the groom was in agreement, as on Sunday, Dec tweeted, ‘Thank you for all the kind and lovely messages, they are appreciated. My wife and I had the most amazing, magical, wonderful day. D x’

Celebrity weddings: Guy Ritchie and Jacqui Ainsley
Film director Guy Ritchie and his model partner Jacqui Ainsley are officially married!
The 33 year old shared this picture of herself and her 46-year-old groom sharing a romantic moment on her Instagram account, with the caption:
‘Happiest day of my life #jaxguyjuly #soulmates’
The pair tied the knot in the grounds of their beautiful Wiltshire home, in a ceremony that reportedly had a festival theme, complete with rows of tents and cabins and of course, the bride’s obligatory flower crown.
The wedding had a star-studded guest list, with attendees including Brad Pitt, David Beckham, Henry Cavill, Jason Statham, Rosie Huntington-Whitely and Jemima Khan. Guy’s sons from his previous marriage to Madonna, David and Rocco, were also pictured helping the bride with her flowing ivory gown – aww!
The couple, who have three children together, have been together since 2011, and it looks like they’re thrilled to finally be man and wife. Congratulations!

Celebrity weddings: Brian Dowling
Exciting news for former Big Brother presenter Brian Dowling, who’s set to marry his long-term boyfriend Aurthur Gourounlian in a romantic ceremony in Ireland today!
The pair, who had been uncertain about the same-sex marriage vote in Ireland, actually got married in London earlier this year, but thanks to a change in the law they can now say their vows again in front of family and friends – making them the country’s first same-sex celebrity couple to get hitched there!
The nuptials are set to be a star-studded event, with guests including Kimberly Walsh, Louis Walsh, Vernon Kay and Tess Daly. Brian, who has reportedly shed a whopping three stone in time for his big day, has also hinted at the couple’s plans to become parents very soon.
‘I probably shouldn?t be saying this and I will get myself into trouble, but we have gone down the surrogacy route, made contact and know who will be able to carry for us,’ he told the Irish Sun.
‘We have gone to the trouble of touching base with that person, so this is something definitely on the horizon.’
Aww, happy wedding day guys!

Celebrity weddings: Luisa Bradshaw-White and Annette Yeo
Eastenders actress Luisa Bradshaw-White has tied the knot with her long-term partner, Annette Yeo.
The 40-year-old, who plays Danny Dyer’s sister Tina Carter in the soap, confirmed the news on her Twitter account, posting a picture of a sign reading ‘Happily Ever After Starts Here’, with the caption:
‘OMG we did it!!! We r officially WIFE & WIFE!!! @YeoAnnette I’m so excited 2 b spending the rest of my life w u’
Annette then responded:
‘@BLuisaW thank u for making an honest woman of me at last!❤️it was worth the wait!’
The pair have been together for 15 years and entered into a civil partnership after 9, but decided to have another ceremony after same sex marriage was legalised in the UK in 2014!
Luisa told OK! magazine earlier this year: ‘We know we?re going to grow old together ? I don?t want anyone else.’
The couple also have two adopted daughters, aged 12 and 13, who were bridesmaids at the ceremony, and even get to join them on their luxury honeymoon to Bali!

Celebrity weddings: Vincent Simone and Susan Duddy
Happy news for Strictly Come Dancing star Vincent and his girlfriend of six years, Susan – they’re now man and wife!
The pair are wed in a ceremony in Londonderry on Saturday 18th July 2015, with lots of their celeb friends in attendance. Fellow dancer James Jordan joined the festivities, and Matthew Wright, who Vincent met during their time in the jungle for I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here, in 2013, reportedly acted as best man.
‘Ready to be the bestest man you will ever know,’ Matthew tweeted on the big day, along with a picture of himself in a tux.
The couple got engaged in 2013, so they’ve had plenty of time to plan a spectacular day. Now, come on Susan, when are we going to get to see that dress?

Celebrity weddings: Peter Andre and Emily MacDonagh
Peter and Emily are finally married, just over a year since the birth of their daughter Amelia – and just look at her beautiful dress!
The wedding ceremony was held at Mamhead House in Devon, with Pete’s children from previous marriage to Katie Price, Junior and Princess, acting as pageboy and flower girl respectively.
In an interview with OK! magazine, the pair revealed that they had initially planned to wed in 2016, but moved their nuptials forward after Pete’s dad had a health scare. ‘We were worried that if we did it next year he wouldn’t be able to fly,’ Pete explained. ‘Plus Ems always wanted it this year!’
‘I’m sure everyone?s going to think I’m pregnant ? I’m not!’ Emily laughed. ‘Even my friends asked me. I always wanted to get married this year so I?m so happy.’
However, whilst they may not be expecting a baby right now, Pete did say he’d like a second child with his new bride in the near future. ‘I’d like to start straight away!? he admitted, whilst Emily said: ‘The only proviso is that I want to see how my work goes. I want to give it my best shot. If I feel like I’m progressing really well, I might leave it another year.’
Either way, the pair are thrilled to be man and wife at last. ‘I feel like the luckiest man in the world as I have married the most beautiful girl in the world, who is also my best friend,’ Pete said. ‘I have my soulmate for life by my side.’
You can read Pete and Amelia’s full interview in this week’s OK! magazine

Celebrity weddings: Nicky Hilton and James Rothschild
Nicky Hilton tied the knot with her English groom, James, at Kensington Palace on 10th July, and who else could have been her bridesmaid but big sister Paris?
The bride wore an incredible £50,000 Valentino dress, with lace detailing and a long train – a detail that caused her a spot of bother when a Bentley parked on top of it as she left her hotel to attend the ceremony!
Paris, meanwhile, sported a periwinkle blue gown with a sparkly waist belt – and with her long blonde locks and fair complexion, we couldn’t help thinking it looked rather like she was channeling her inner Elsa…
According to reports, the wedding was a lavish affair, with huge bunches of white peonies and crates of champagne spotted being carried into the wedding venue, and a leaked menu revealing that the guests feasted on crab, lobster, fillet of beef and caviar. Well, a Hilton family wedding was hardly going to be low-key, was it?

Celebrity weddings: Ashley Banjo and Francesca Abbott
Well Ashley, don’t you look dapper!
The 26-year-old star, who won Britain’s Got Talent with dance group Diversity back in 2009, announced his marriage to his girlfriend of six years, Francesca Abbott, via Facebook.
Ashley shared the stunning pic at the weekend, and it’s clear to see the gorgeous couple couldn’t look happier! The pair, who got engaged six months ago, are positively beaming, and Ashley couldn’t look prouder next to his new wife – who’s also a dancer!
Congratulations guys!

Celebrity weddings: Mark Wright and Michelle Keegan
It’s official, one of TV’s most attractive couples are married!
The Only Way is Essex star Mark and Corrie favourite Michelle are now man and wife after tying the knot at the weekend in front of friends and family in Bury St Edmunds. The day has been shrouded in secrecy due to a six figure magazine deal, but details of the day have now been revealed, and it couldn’t sound any more romantic!
Michelle, who wore a bespoke ivory, fish-tail style gown, walked down the aisle to Shania Twain?s From This Moment On, revealing to Hello: ‘We listened to that song a year ago and the words mean so much it made me cry. It?s like our song.’
The gorgeous soap star, 27, also spoke about the one special moment they would want to relive when looking back at their big day:
‘It has to be seeing Mark looking back at me as I walked down the aisle. I will never get that again, it was the best feeling ever.’
And it seems new husband Mark, 28, agrees: ‘That’s the same for me. It was like being in a dream. Every time I looked back at Michelle, I went to cry. I didn’t know if I’d be able to keep looking at her. But then I thought, “You know what? I’m not going to miss this”, so I turned back and watched her as she walked towards me.’
The couple met on a New Year’s break in Dubai in 2012, with Mark popping the question when they returned to the Middle East nine months later, in September 2013. Congratulations to the stunning new Mr and Mrs Wright!

Geri Halliwell and Christian Horner
Is that a Spice Girls reunion we see? Well, not quite, but some of the
gang have been hanging out together, because Geri Halliwell
just got married!
Yep, two have become one as Geri has tied the
knot with Formula One boss Christian Horner at the grand Woburn Estate
in Bedfordshire on Friday 15th May, and according to reports, the ceremony was
to be a very Spicey affair. In addition to her own daughter, Bluebell,
Geri was walked down the aisle by Emma Bunton’s sons Beau and Tate,
and Melanie Brown’s youngest daughter Madison.
A source told The
Sun: ‘Geri wanted her wedding to be a family affair with her own
immediate relatives and her Spice Girls family. The Spice Girls were an
important part of her life and she’s over the moon that Mel and Emma’s
children can play a part.’
Sadly the other two Spices, Victoria
and Mel C, aren’t in the country and weren’t in attendance – but we’re sure she had a wonderful day regardless (and isn’t the dress a stunner?!)

We’ve heard of some celebs keeping their weddings hush hush for a few days, even weeks, in the name of privacy and magazine deals. But Emmerdale star Charlotte Bellamy, who plays alcoholic Laurel Dingle in the soap, has taken it one step further!
The star revealed she actually wed company director Mungo Denison, 42, all the way back in May 2012 – watched only by their mums and sons Sunnie, 10, and Herbie, eight, and daughter Teddie, five, none of whom new the couple’s plans until the big day arrived!
‘We didn’t invite anyone or tell anyone, we just did it and it was perfect. We sat there at breakfast and said to the kids, “We’re getting married today” and they were like, “What?” It was hilarious.’
‘We didn’t spend too much time planning it. I got a £60 dress from a shop in Notting Hill. We did it on a random Thursday in May 2012. It was a beautiful sunny day. There was no fuss and no stress, it was great.
‘The boys played their part – they handed over a ring each’, she told the Mirror.
Sounds perfect! And (very belated) congrats to the happy couple!

He told the Daily Star Sunday ‘We want to do what everyone has been doing all these years ? because finally we?re allowed to say those vows. But that really is the only traditional thing we are doing. I?ve had this image in my head of how I want it to be.’
The pair tied the knot in a star-studded ceremony in the Peak District, and we can’t stop looking at the stunning pics! Kieron’s bridesmaids counted more than a few of his Hollyoaks stars amongst them, including Stephanie Davis, Jennifer Metcalfe, Jorgie Porter, Jazmine Franks, Gemma Merna and Bronagh Waugh, along with blonde star Emily Atack, who Kieron met on Dancing On Ice. In an interview with People Magazine, Angelina revealed they’d been talking possible wedding ideas with the kids, saying: ‘We are discussing it with the children and how they imagine it might be.
