Eva Longoria marries José Antonio Bastón in intimate garden ceremony

Eva Longoria has tied the knot with partner José Antonio Bastón in an intimate garden ceremony in Mexico.

The 41-year-old, best know for her role as Gabrielle Solis in Desperate Housewives, shared the happy news with her 2.5 million Instagram followers, sharing an image of the couple's wedding bands with the caption 'In our garden, surrounded by a small gathering of people we love, Pepe and I tied the knot! #TalkAboutBlessed #ImStillFloating #OmgMyFeetHurt'

Eva confirmed the happy news by posting a photograph of the couple's wedding rings to her Instagram account

A source told PEOPLE magazine that the pair chose a venue in Valle de Bravo, Mexico, a lakeside town around 88 miles from Mexico City, for their big day.

'They married on an altar under lots of little lights,' the source says. 'It was very romantic. Eva wore her hair down and smiled during the whole ceremony. He was in a gray suit.'

Some very famous guests were also in attendance for the wedding, with both David and Victoria Beckham sharing their own Instagram snaps from the day.

'Feel so lucky and privileged to be part of the most perfect wedding anyone could wish for,' David wrote alongside his picture of the sunset ceremony. '2 people that are loving, generous and have amazing hearts deserved a day that was so special ... @evalongoria @victoriabeckham'
