One goodtoknow user didn’t know about this extra 1,000 calories and was amazed by what she discovered after keeping a food diary for a day.
Mother of five, Sally Bartlett, 37, from Lancashire (pictured above) wrote down everything she ate and drank over 24 hours to see how those hidden calories added up.
Sally says: ‘I would like to lose a bit of weight but I don’t know what I’d eat because I’m quite good already. I’m also quite active because I have a part-time job in a bakery, where I’m on my feet all day. And I’ve got five kids to run around after, so I don’t really know why I’m overweight.’
