Step your right foot out to the side and then bring it back in to the middle. Do the same with your left foot, each time rocking your hips as you move. Then, add the arms opening them wide when you step to the side and over the head when stepping together, like you’re sweeping your hair off your face.
TIP: Concentrate on your hip movement to target that muffin top.
Spring your feet side to side in a lunge position while swinging your arms in the opposite direction.
TIP: Wiggle your hips as much as possible to burn the most calories while doing this move.

TIP: Take the step wider to make a deeper squat and to work your legs harder.
Stand with your feet wider than hip distance and your knees bent, move the hips from one side to the other making a ‘U’ shape.
TIP: Clench your bum while you’re doing this move to maximise its impact.
One arm reaches up and one arm reaches across the body whilst rolling the wrists like playing castanets.
TIP: This move is great if you spend the day hunched over a desk. Loosen your shoulders before you try this one and think about your posture as you carry out the move.
March on the spot crossing your arms over your chest from side to side as you step.
TIP: March like you need the loo as this will make you tighten your abs as you work out.
Step your right foot forwards, bringing your arm down as if it’s cutting sugar cane. Step to the side, bringing your hand up. Then step to the back, raising an imaginery machete above your head.
TIP: Say oom-pah-pah in your head as you do this move to keep the rythym going.
Reach your hand to the side, pulling the opposite elbow away – do this twice on each side. Then, do a heel dig in front of your body – do this four times.
TIP: For the last action in this move, mime drinking your favourite cocktail, then side salsa once to each side.
Move your arms from side to side in a hitch-hiking motion.
TIP: Twist your hips as you move your upper body to tone your abs as well as your arms.
Place one foot forward on the ball of your foot. Squeeze your hip up and forward and speed it up to work harder.
TIP: Freestyle with your arms to add flare and tone your bingo wings while doing this move.
Tap your foot to the side, bring it back together and then again step to the same side this time making the step wider and dragging the other foot across to join it. Repeat on the opposite side.
TIP: Make sure you use your arms as shown in the picture to help you balance while you do this move.
