Former TOWIE star Lucy Mecklenburgh announced last month that she is expecting her first child with fiancé Ryan Thomas.

Now, the soon to be parents are enjoying a chilled trip to the Algarve, Portugal, and sharing plenty of stunning Instagram to mark the sun soaked getaway.

Yesterday, the stunning fitness pro took to the social media site to share a snapshot of her ever-growing baby bump in a skimpy red bikini.

Sitting cross-legged on a sandy Portuguese beach, the Essex reality star smiled for the camera, wearing her brunette bob in a half-up-half-down do and sporting a pair of huge sunglasses.
