One Show presenter Alex Jones shares sweet photo of son Teddy as he reaches an exciting milestone
So cute!
Alex Jones has shared a rare photo of her baby son Teddy on Instagram to celebrate the tot reaching a lovely milestone.
Alex, who presents the One Show, gave birth to her son at the beginning of the year.
Although she shares regular updates about her first child, Teddy – whose full name is Edward Alun Burrell Thomson – photos of the little boy on the star's social media are rare.
Now seven-months-old, baby Teddy is cuter than ever, and the little tot has also reached a very exciting milestone, causing proud mum Alex to take to Instagram to share the happy news.
The 40-year-old posted an adorable photo of her son looking cosy, wearing a vibrant, colourful animal onesie.
Captioning the picture, Alex revealed that she was 'delighted' to share that Teddy has started crawling, but the new mum also confessed that the brand new milestone had left her 'paranoid' for her son and wanting to 'lock everything away' to protect both him and the house.
'Finding it hard to leave this little bundle of fun this morning' Alex wrote. 'He did his first proper crawl!!!!!!!! Delighted, proud and paranoid that we need to lock everything away all at once. Thanks @welovefrugi for the cosy onesie!!'

Alex's followers and fans were quick to share their support for their star, and offer their advice to the 'paranoid' mum for what they did when their own kids started crawling.
'We ended up moving some things and trying to teach to not touch the rest. It's amazing how quick they grow up, my lo is 9 months now and I have no idea where the time has gone!' wrote one supportive mum.
Another confessed: 'I cleaned, disinfected and cleared every potential danger away when my first started crawling, did nothing with the second!' Earlier this year, the Welsh TV star also revealed that after giving birth to her first child in January, she was working on a book detailing her experiences of being a new mum, called Winging It! A Survival Guide for New Mums.
