Amber Tamblyn and David Cross welcome their first child
It-s a baby girl!
Actress Amber Tamblyn has announced on social media that she's welcomed her first child with husband David Cross.
The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants star shared the happy news with fans on Instagram, where she posted a short video of her baby girl kicking.
The 33 year old also shared a hilarious fake name for her daughter - Dauphinoise Petunia Brittany Scheherazade Von Funkinstein Mustard Witch RBG Cross Tamblyn-Bey jr - so we'll have to wait to find out the real one.
'David and I are proud to announce the birth of our daughter, Dauphinoise Petunia Brittany Scheherazade Von Funkinstein Mustard Witch RBG Cross Tamblyn-Bey jr. #TheFutureIsFemale', she captioned the sweet video on her Instagram account.
Amber announced she was expecting her first child in an article she wrote for Glamour magazine back in October.
'I've been thinking about motherhood a lot lately. What it means to be one, what it means to have one, what it means to know one, what it means to make decisions as one and have conversations as one', she wrote in her piece, where she also exposed her strong political views ahead of the November US election.
'I am very lucky to be surrounded by strong mothers, from my own mom to some of my best friends-those who are raising young women to accept themselves and those who are raising young men to accept women.

'Motherhood has been heavily on my mind because I am going to be a mother soon. I'm pregnant, with a daughter on the way.'
Amber and David, who's best known for his role as Tobias on the hit series Arrested Development, announced they were engaged in 2011.
The couple tied the knot the following year, in 2012, at a small ceremony surrounded by family and friends, including her The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants co-stars Blake Lively and America Ferrera.
