Celebs show support for Amanda Holden

Celebrities have been showing their support for Amanda Holden on social networking site Twitter.

Friends of the Britain’s Got Talent judge Tweeted messages of love after it was confirmed at the weekend that Amanda and husband Chris Hughes lost their unborn son 7 months into the pregnancy.

‘So desperately sad for my special friend @Amanda_Holden,’ Piers Morgan – who used to sit alongside Amanda on the BGT judging panel – wrote.

‘Sending her and Chris my love and prayers at this horrible time.’

‘@Amanda_Holden My sweetheart,’ Tweets TV personality Myleene Klass.

‘I’m so very sorry. Please God, watch over your family and your little angel in heaven. X.’

Actress Amanda, 39, who has a 5-year-old daughter Alexa, was taken to hospital last Tuesday when she noticed the baby had stopped moving.

She only revealed she was expecting once she was 6 months pregnant because she suffered a miscarriage last year at 4 months.

‘Just heard the news about @Amanda_Holden,’ Davina Mccall Tweeted on Saturday. ‘So sorry. Thinking of you and Chris.’
