Now that the clocks have gone back and winter is in full swing, it’s time to get started on the Christmas shopping.
And while the older kids might be marking toys in the Argos catalogue, begging for L.O.L surprise crackers and listing all of this year’s top Christmas toys in their letters to Santa, younger ones can be a little trickier to buy for.
For any babies in your life, particularly ones that aren’t yours, it can be tough to shop for Christmas presents.
Clothes, keepsakes and toys they can use when they’re a bit older are pretty much all that you have to choose from.
But budget supermarket Aldi has come up with a way to make this year’s baby gifts just a little bit more special.
While Peter Rabbit books and cuddly toys have been a baby present staple for years, the high-street supermarket has taken it to the next level by releasing a giant Peter Rabbit cuddly toy.
Suitable for babies from birth, the Peter Rabbit plush is an adorable soft cuddly toy that can sit anywhere in your child’s bedroom or baby’s nursery.
Made out of soft boa, which is a soft plush fabric generally used for clothes and blankets, the cuddly toy is a massive 55cm tall, the ideal height to keep your little baby company.
Based on the character from this year’s Peter Rabbit movie, which features James Corden as Peter Rabbit alongside co-stars Domhnall Gleeson (Harry Potter), Margot Robbie (Suicide Squad), Daisy Ridley (Star Wars) and Rose Byrne (Bridesmaids), the cuddly Peter Rabbit comes complete with the beloved icon’s traditional blue jacket.
The soft toy, which Aldi describes as ‘the perfect addition to any young fan’s toy collection’, is available to buy in-stores and online now for only £14.99.
Though be sure to keep an eye on spillages around the classic toy, as it is not machine washable so you’ll struggle to get any sticky stains off!
