Love Island stars Dom Lever and Jess Shears have revealed they have welcomed their first child together.
The pair announced the happy news on Instagram, with cute snaps of their new bundle of joy.
Alongside an adorable picture of her baby’s feet, Jess wrote: ‘Baby Lever ♥️’.
Dom shared a picture of himself carrying his child in a car seat, writing: ‘Baby we did it ❤️’.
They have not yet revealed the gender of their first baby or the baby name they picked.
The announcement comes just a week after Jess asked her social media followers for tips on how to induce labour.
The mum, who was past her due date, wrote: ‘I thought waiting for the rides at Disney was long, I had no idea how long it would take waiting for baby to arrive. Any tips on how to pass the time, constantly tired but so bored sat around waiting.’
The pair, who met on ITV2’s reality show Love Island back in 2017, announced they were expecting their first child together back in May.
‘The best is yet to come’ captioned Jess, while Dom wrote ‘Living the dream ❤’.
It’s been a whirlwind couple of years for the two, who got engaged just three months after leaving the villa and tied the knot a year later, in an intimate ceremony in Mykonos.
Speaking about their special day and why they didn’t invite any of their reality TV co-stars, Dom told OK! Magazine, “People said we wouldn’t last but now we’re husband and wife.
“We really wanted an intimate wedding and we knew we couldn’t have had that in the UK.
“Going abroad meant we didn’t have any pressure to invite every Tom, Dick and Harry. As we were limited on numbers, we only invited people we see all the time.
“Choosing who to invite made us realise who was really important to us.”
