Kate Middleton reveals Prince George has played tennis with a very famous champion
Kate Middleton has revealed that Prince George has been brushing up on his tennis skills and getting sporting advice from a famous tennis star.
The mum-of-three made the revelation while attending Wimbledon on Tuesday, that five-year-old Prince George has hit some balls on the tennis court with Roger Federer.
According to Wimbledon Morning Coffee, Kate revealed that the Swiss sportsman is George's favourite player - and she even dropped in that he and the royal tot have played a game together.
Proud parents, Prince William and Kate, have gushed in the past about their children’s talents in all things from gardening, football, and dancing.
And, George even once reportedly told sporty mum Kate that she is ‘rubbish’ at football.
This isn’t the first time Kate has spoken of George getting to grips with a tennis racket.
In 2017 while visiting the Lawn Tennis Association, Kate turned to LTA coach Sam Richardson for some sporting advice for George.

He said: ‘She [Kate] says with George just being four he wants to whack a ball, so she was asking what sort of stuff should she be doing. They will struggle at that age to hit a ball. She said he's interested in it, but more in whacking the ball.’
During Kate’s visit to Wimbledon on Tuesday she was seen alongside tennis stars Johanna Konta, Andy Murray, Katie Boulter and Anne Keothavong.
A candid photo of Kate watching the game between Harriet Dart and Christina McHale on Court 14 was posted to Kensington Palace official Instagram account.
Sporty Kate always loves a game of tennis, usually attending alongside sister Pippa Middleton to catch a nail-biting game.
It seems Kate is taking a break from her hobby of gardening to enjoy relaxing in the sunshine.
But if you want to see what else Kate has been up to recently, you can now visit her Back To Nature garden, which is open to visitors at Hampton Court Palace, which George, Louis and Charlotte helped create.
With the royal tots taking on new hobbies, in a few years we can expect them all to be playing a game of doubles – with the input of little Archie of course.
We wonder how competitive little Prince George is?
