Mrs Hinch reveals she’s struggling to walk or change nappies after experiencing joint pain post pregnancy

Instagram ‘cleanfluencer’ Mrs Hinch has revealed that she is struggling to do daily tasks after giving birth to her son Ronnie due to agonising joint pain.

After ‘quitting’ social media to spend time with her baby boy, Mrs Hinch gave fans an update on how she’s been since giving birth to Ronnie back in June.

The new mum, real name Sophie Hinchcliffe, took to Instagram to share that she has been suffering from joint pain and night sweats following pregnancy.

My Hinchers … Here he is … my world 🌍 Meet Baby Hinch … Our Ronnie 💙 People may think this sounds silly but I never realised how much Instagram has become a huge part of my every day ‘Hinch life’ and it’s safe to say that I really miss you all 💛 But it was definitely the right decision to have this little break and make the most of this time with my boys, and it really is so beautiful 💙 I wanted to say that we all know our babies don’t come with an instruction manual, so I’m not afraid to admit that I am learning something new every single day and some days it can be really scary! Sometimes when he cries I feel like my heart is in my throat. I keep waking up in the middle of the night just to check his chest … I check my bags and then check them again before we leave the house . I’ve even been spoiling Henry more than I did before because I don’t ever want him feeling left out! My brain feels pretty exhausted at the moment 🙈 but I wouldn’t have it any other way! So as much as I am living my own little real life dream right now and I feel so so blessed .. As a new mum it’s ok to admit to feeling a little bit scared and not getting everything right first time round. No one is perfect! We are all simply trying to live the best lives we can 🙏🏼 Obviously I’ve still been browsing insta here and there 😉 and it makes me SO happy to see you all Hinching away , tagging me , messaging me and keeping the fun going! Thank you 🙏🏼 And I know for sure now that with or without Mrs Hinch … my Hinchers keep on hinching!! And this makes me the happiest Hincher there is 😉💪🏼 I want to say a big Thank You to @chelseawhitephotog for capturing these memories for us and gifting me and my family our first newborn photo shoot! You were absolutely amazing! So to our darling son Ronnie, baby Hinch .. you have no idea how loved you are in this world already 🌍 ATB xxx

The 29-year-old wrote on Instagram stories: ‘I’m hoping someone may be able to help me here. I’ve been putting off asking because I feel worried about it…

‘But for the last 4 weeks I’ve been waking up in the morning with the worst joint pains in my fingers and knees and sometimes I can’t even change ronnies nappy, or walk to the bathroom properly.’

Adding that she’d also been experiencing night sweats, Sophie continued: ‘And also the night sweats are still terrible.

‘I’m just wondering if I’m going a bit mad or is this all something to do with post pregnancy.’

The influencer ended the post by saying she’ll be visiting a doctor to check out her symptoms, and asked fans whether they had experienced anything similar.

Hello Hinchers… Mr Hinch here. Yesterday, the 20th June 2019, at 4.11am, I watched my wife, the love of my life, bring our beautiful son, Ronnie James George Hinchliffe into the world, weighing in at 6lbs 1 oz. I didn’t think I could love Soph any more than I already do, but I was so very wrong. For once, I am completely lost for words. All I can say is thank you for your unbelievable kindness, loyalty and the most pure and genuine love we both feel from you all. I know you’ll understand that we’ll be quiet for a while whilst we take these precious moments in and enjoy our baby bubble. I will be spending today and the rest of my life caring for, looking after and protecting my beautiful wife and son. Ronnie, our darling boy, we love you more than we ever knew possible 💙 Henry, time to be the best big brother ever my boy 💙 Soph… your three handsomes love you and I am so so proud of you ♥️

Hello my wonderful Hinchers , how are you all? So .. this is a bit of a different post from me today 🙊 originally I accidentally posted this picture on my Mrs Hinch Home account and then quickly deleted it! I thought I was logged into my personal Instagram account and I started to panic 🙈 But then for a while afterwards I sat in my egg chair and thought to myself , why have I deleted it? Why did I panic? I am Mrs Hinch , this is my home , and our handsomes will soon be joining our Hinch Family. If you watched my story today you’ll see it started off difficult and I was a little emotional (sorry about that) but we all have days like this I’m sure , and that’s okay! I then read so many of your amazing messages and spoke to my mum (she always knows best) and realised I’m not going to lose this day! I’m going to laugh and I’m going to find little things I can do around the home to make this day a good day! Dust yourself off and try again as they say, and that’s exactly what I did. So I’m sorry this isn’t an interior pic , even though my lamp and baskets in the background are beaut 😂 but this is me .. Soph! I am the person behind this account after all! I can’t wait to meet our handsomes 🤰🏼and I can’t wait for you all to share this next chapter with me, Jamie and Henry. So I’ll click post now, chuck my phone on the bed and go downstairs so I’m not tempted to delete it again 😂 after all I know my Hinchers support me , my family , my life and my hinching in the most amazing way .. and I’m forever grateful , I owe this account to you all xxxx Ps: My Hinching isn’t going anywhere guys 😉 I’ll be back in full force very soon 💪🏼🧼 PPS: I paid £8 for this dress from Boohoo’s website! Barg 😂 ALL THE BEST ❤️ xxxx #mummyhinch #mrshinch #babyhinch #hinchyourselfhappy #imahincher

According to the NHS, it’s common for women to experience back pain post-pregnancy.

Although night sweats are typically associated with the menopause, a 2013 study from the University of Pittsburgh reported that 29 per cent of women experienced hot flashes after pregnancy.

Changes in the body’s oestrogen and progesterone levels can trigger an increase in body temperature. It’s also the hormones job to rid the body of excess fluids that supported the baby during pregnancy.

We hope you feel better soon, Mrs Hinch!
