Primark have made an embarrassing spelling mistake on one of their weekly planners but can you spot it?
You’d think big companies have flawless systems in place when it comes to the final products being produced but errors can still leak through…
So next time you leave that typo in an important work email or note to your kid’s teacher – don’t beat yourself up about it, you’re only human! Plus, we don’t mind spelling errors too much as it is quite fun trying to spot the mistakes and test and tease your friends and family to see if they can identify the issues too.
Primark are the latest company to be called out for a very small but embarrassing error and people online are having a lot of fun with it.
Twitter user Grace flagged the error a few weeks ago and said: ‘Erm @Primark am I missing something or is this a huge typo … On every copy of this product?’
She uploaded a picture from one page of what looks like a weekly planner and helpfully highlighted the mistake if you missed it at first glance.
The calendar appears to spell the day after Friday with an extra ‘E’ making it ‘Satureday’!
Primark’s official twitter account swiftly replied to the tweet and apologised for the error. The tweet said: ‘We’re sorry about that, Grace. Could you please send us a DM with the product details so we can pass this on to our Buying Team?’
A spokesperson also told The Sun: ‘We identified a typing error on this weekly planner and the product has been removed from sale. Customers who purchased this product can return it to one of our stores for a full refund.’
