The naughty thing Prince George did at the boat race – and cameras missed it!
Prince George was spotted doing something slightly naughty last week.
- Prince George was seen out with his family last week
- He was supporting parents the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge as they competed in a racing regatta
- This royal news comes after his younger sister Charlotte was seen making a cheeky gesture
Prince George was spotted out and about last week enjoying a day with his family.
The young royal, who recently celebrated his sixth birthday, spent a day last week watching mum and dad Prince William and Kate Middleton compete in the King’s Cup royal regatta race at the The Royal Yacht Squadron in Cowes, Isle of Wight.
Accompanied by his younger sister Princess Charlotte and grandparents Carole and Michael Middleton, the youngster was seen getting into the nautical spirit while he spent the day in various different boating vessels.
And while the nation’s future king is usually on his best behaviour when the family are seen out and about, last Thursday saw the six-year-old taking a walk on the wild side and do something we’re sure his parents weren’t too happy about.
According to royal expert Victoria Murphy, the young prince was seen eating an ant!
Although cameras seemed to miss the moment when Prince George tucked into the creepy crawly, the royal writer took to her Twitter page to confirm that the young royal had been spotted.

‘The Cambridge children had a great day out today,’ wrote Victoria.
‘Cheeky Charlotte stuck out her tongue at the crowds while George apparently ate an ant!
‘They also joined in with activities on the seafront earlier in the day,’ she added.
And it seems like Prince George wasn’t the only one who displayed a bit of a cheeky side.
Younger sister Princess Charlotte, who is known for her sassy side, was also seen making a cheeky gesture.
The four-year-old was spotted sticking her tongue out at royal spectators while the family were out and about on a yacht.
We wonder what Prince Louis will get up to when he next makes an appearance…
