Princess Charlotte shows off secret skill as she plays with Prince George on day out
Princess Charlotte spent yesterday afternoon showing off a secret skill that many royal fans might not have known about.
Princess Charlotte and Prince George seem to be showing off new skills every time we see them.
It was only last week that their mum Kate Middleton revealed that oldest son Prince George plays tennis with sporting legend Roger Federer, who is currently ranked number 3 in the world in men’s single tennis.
The young royals have also previously been known to ski, cycle and cook up homemade pizzas with their mum, as well as taking up horse riding like their great grandmother the Queen.
Princess Charlotte even followed in the footsteps of late grandmother Princess Diana by taking up ballet.
And now it seems that young prince and princess are quite adept at another active sport – football.
While out yesterday at the King Power Royal Charity Polo Day watching her father Prince William take part in playing the team sport, Princess Charlotte was spotted having a casual kick-about with older brother Prince George.

Always showing off her sassy side, the four-year-old took to the field in a floaty dress and summer sandals while playing with the football.
And the pair also tried their hand with a polo mallet!
It looks like the pair are following in the hopes of dad Prince William, as the Duke of Cambridge has previously spoken out about how he wants his children to take up tennis and football.
Though, we don’t expect that Prince George was happy for his mother to join in after it was previously revealed that the five-year-old told the Duchess of Cambridge that she is ‘rubbish’ at playing football.
Prince George and Princess Charlotte were joined at the polo match by younger brother Prince Louis and mum Kate Middleton, but the appearance that stole the show? Baby Archie.
The two-month-old, who just had his christening last weekend, was taken to the polo match by mum Meghan Markle to support dad Prince Harry during yesterday’s game.
While royal fans couldn’t quite see the little one’s face, they could catch a glimpse of the sleeping tot cradled against his mother’s chest.
Now that summer time has hit, fingers crossed we’ll get to see them all out together again some time soon!
