‘It’s the greatest thing that’s ever happened to me, hands down,’ she said.

At 40, Rachel is a geriatric mother but admits she waited so long to have a baby because she ‘didn’t want to do it before it was the right time.’

The couple share their time between Toronto, Canada and LA but are determined to keep their son out of the public eye as much as possible.

The actress who’ is best known for her roles in comedies films ‘Mean Girls’ and ‘Game Night’ hasn’t lost her sense of humour saying: ‘I have clothes on and that’s a good thing. I don’t even know what I’m wearing today. The shoes are held together with glue. Isn’t that sad? I need to get a life.’

She added that her son, whose name the couple have decided not to share, has given her a new outlook on life adding: ‘You see everything through a particular lens: very sensitive, more open. It’s like being on an (airplane) all the time.’
