Jack Tweed paid an emotional tribute to his late wife Jade Goody on what would have been their ninth wedding anniversary.
The 30-year-old shared a sweet flashback image on Instagram of their wedding day in 2009, just weeks before Jade passed away from cervical cancer.
Showing the couple exchanging vows in front of their friends and family, Jack captioned the image with a touching message for his ‘beautiful angel’.
‘Remembering this special day nine years ago today marrying this beautiful angel, miss you,’ he said on Thursday.
He also took the opportunity to remind his followers of the importance of cervical screening tests, adding ‘#jadeslegacy’ and ‘#smeartest’ to his post.
Fans were quick to praise Jack for raising awareness of the disease while also expressing their support as they too remembered Jade.
One said: ‘Wow 9 years ago, and still some women aren’t having their 2 minute smears because they’re embarrassed!! Go go go and have your smears done!!! It takes two minutes and can save your life!! RIP jade xx’
Another added: ‘Always loved and missed she was one amazing and beautiful lady.’

Jade and Jack wed just weeks after he proposed by her bedside in 2009, after discovering that Jade’s cervical cancer was terminal.
A few short weeks after their wedding day, Jade lost her battle with cancer on March 22, leaving behind sons Freddie, 13, and Bobby, 14 – whose father is TV personality Jeff Brazier.
