Bun in the oven? Kate Middleton's ultra-posh cookery lessons with TV chef

TV chef Rachel Khoo has revealed she was on the same cookery course as Kate at the super posh Leiths School of Food and Wine...

She's had not one, but two kitchens installed at her swanky refurbished pad, London's Kensington Palace, and one may have been forgiven for thinking that she'd need all that space for all the kitchen staff that wait on Kate, Wills and George's culinary needs. But it's recently been revealed that Kate is actually a dab hand at cooking herself.

In fact, she was on the same cookery course as TV chef, Rachel Khoo, and somehow we don't think she'll have been learning how to cook-up a spag bol.

Kate enrolled on the two-week course at ultra-posh Leith's School of Food and Wine, that costs around £1,600.

Speaking to Woman magazine, Rachel said of Kate: 'I did a two-week basic cookery course at Leiths. Kate was in my class... She was a lovely person, but she kept herself to herself.'

The Duchess, pictured here in 2011, enrolled at the prestigious Leiths Cooking School in London, where a two-week course costs around

£1,600.

She also added: 'Kate was ill for a few days, so I took notes for her', a comment which has further fuelled online rumours that Kate might be expecting again and experiencing morning sickness.

Sorry to dissapoint, royal baby fanatics, but we have to point out that Rachel said the course was actually 'years ago', (thought to be around the time refurbishment started on Kensington Palace) and therefore can't be related to the latest pregnancy rumours.

Kate also took part in this cookery demonstration during a royal tour of Canada with William in 2011.

We did contact Leiths to find out exactly when Kate completed her course, but they declined to comment, saying that they don't comment on students past or present, 'no matter who they are.' Ooh err.

As of yet it's still unconfirmed as to whether there's a bun in Kate's oven.
