Katie Price has shared her heartbreak with fans on social media after her dog passed away.
The mum-of-five revealed the sad news on Instagram with a series of pictures of the family dog, Queenie.
Explaining how she lost the German Shepherd, Katie said she was killed in a hit and run accident by a delivery driver.
Alongside a picture of her and her dog, she wrote: 'I'm absolutely Devastated heartbroken my faithful loving family dogs life Queenie has been shortened as she was killed by a heartless delivery driver who ran into our dog seeing her struggle and drove off without telling us and left her to die very disappointed a human being can be this heartless ! Security cameras show this and we have reported to police ! DEVASTATED is a understatement.'
She then posted a series of pictures of her beloved pet, including one of her as puppy, where Katie is seen holding her in a blanket.
She added the captions: 'I'll miss her so much 😩😩😩😩😭😭😭😭😭', and '❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Sooo gutted I've lost Queenie ! 😩😩😩😩😭😭😭😭😭'.
Fans of the former glamour model were quick to offer their support and send their condolences in the comments section.
One wrote: 'Katie I am so sorry to hear your beautiful girl Queenie being taken from you. I hope they catch the evil monster who did it. I know how much it hurts to lose a pet. Sending love and hugs your way for you and your family. 💔😢'
