Rylan Clark-Neal poses for a rare photo with husband Dan and stepson Cameron

17-year-old Cameron is Dan's son from a previous relationship

Rylan Clark-Neal's husband, Dan, has shared a rare photo of the couple with his 17-year-old son Cameron supporting Stonewall UK's #ComeOutFor LGBT campaign.

Cameron is Dan's son from a previous relationship and became stepson to Rylan when the couple married in 2015.

The pic, which was uploaded to Dan's Twitter account, shows the family – complete with matching facial hair – standing in the kitchen wearing 'Come Out For LGBT' T-shirts.

Dan, a dedictaed LGBT activist, had captioned the post: 'My son stands beside us in support of the #LGBT community. We all have a part to play, so #ComeOutForLGBT with us & @stonewalluk.'

Rylan doesn't often talk about his relationship with his stepson, but has given occasional insights into their family dynamic.

'I've turned into a proper dad and I even tell him off,' he told The Sun earlier this year. 'He's got three parking tickets in the last week so I've been screaming at him down the phone.'

'I look at him like he's my own. He can talk to me – I'm Dad, but he can talk to me about sex,' he added. 'I'll say, "As long as you're being safe!" If that was Dan, he'd be like, "Stop it, Dad!".'

Of having children of his own with Dan, Rylan hasn't ruled out what the future could bring.

'I'd love to have children so if it happens, then it happens,' he said. 'If it doesn't, it wasn't meant to be. We've not laid out any plans on how we'd do it.'

The couple first met on the set of Big Brother, when Dan was evicted from the house in week 6 of the 2013 series. Leaving the house to be interviewed by Rylan, it was love at first sight, and ex-policeman Dan has spent the last four years in the limelight with his new partner, occasionally presenting with Rylan on This Morning and using his social media platforms to raise awareness of LGBT rights.
