New Sleepy Bottle designed to mix and heat formula on-the-go

For those who bottle-feed their babies it’s not always as easy a ride as it might seem.

Firstly, they have to deal with the stigma of bottle-feeding against breastfeeding. And while there are proven benefits to both, it’s essential for a mother to be able choose what she feels is best for her and her baby.

Secondly, it’s not all unicorns and rainbows just because they don’t HAVE to do all the feeding on their own.

If dads are working full-time, mums often get left with the night feeds even when they’re not breastfeeding. And going all the way down to the kitchen to mix up a bottle of formula seems like a lot more effort than whipping your breast out.

Well a Slovenian start-up company has come to rescue to ease your night-time feeds.

Sleepy Bottle is a bottle designed specifically for those using formula. Just fill the 260ml bottle with your required amount of water and the fitted warming cover will heat it to an ideal 37 degrees in 30-40 minutes while you sleep.

It comes with a formula cartridge that keeps baby formula dry and fresh until you need it, so at feeding time you just twist and shake and the powder will mix in with the warm water.

It’s suitable for all ages as it comes with three different size teats that you can use throughout your baby’s feeding journey.

All of the attachments are BPA free to ensure the safety of your little one. And you can even use the low-energy, energy efficient bottle on-the-go, as it can be plugged into an USB port, power bank or 12V car charger.

The novel idea was born out of the creator’s holiday experience with a couple friends’ 3-month-old baby. After being awoken each night, not by a crying baby, but by the baby’s father mixing up formula in the kitchen, he decided it was time for an easier solution.

And this is indeed a far simpler option.

Bad news is that you’ll have to wait until September for it to be available, but once it’s launched you can order it on their website and it’ll come straight to your door.

No hassle needed.
