Zoe Hardman admits to having 'zero energy' during second pregnancy in honest Instagram post

The TV presenter is preparing to welcome another child with husband Paul Doran Jones later this year

Zoe Hardman has opened up about the struggles she's experiencing during her second pregnancy.

The TV star is due to welcome another child into the world in a few months, and yesterday told her Instagram followers about her journey so far.

'The ever expanding bump 😍 Little preggo update for those asking - I'm definitely not flying through this pregnancy like last time...I feel so much bigger and have zero energy but I guess it's because I've got this little creature tugging at my legs all day long,' she said.

'The breathlessness is pretty rubbish, so I'm hitting the pool and doing Pilates and Yoga rather than HIIT now...I'm determined not to stop exercising, so I'm doing what I can!'

Zoe went on to tell her fans that she and husband Paul Doran Jones, 32, declined to find out the gender of their unborn tot at her 20-week scan.

She continued: 'We still don't know the sex but could the low bump mean BOY?!! It's such an exciting time & even with all the weird s**t going on with my body, I'm SO happy to be adding another tiny one to our brood #26weekspregnant #babybump.'

A number of the 35-year-old's admirers happily admitted that they understand exactly what Zoe is going through.

'Lovely! I know how you feel - I breezed through the first pregnancy and this one is proving not to easy...#tired,' said one.

Another added: 'I have 2 under 2, boy that is 19 months and little girl that is 3 months I had really bad breathlessness second time round it was awful!'

A third Instagram user was simply in awe of Zoe's photo.

'Awww, what a gorgeous memory. I refused to take photos of myself while pregnant- what a mistake that was!!!! Keep clicking away so you can cherish these times,' they mused.

Zoe and rugby union player Paul - who tired the knot in Ibiza last July - became parents to a girl named Luna in September 2016.
