Poundland has released a bargain version of M&S Percy Pigs but there’s a twist

The treat's are an absolute steal at just £1 per 200g packet.

If you love Percy Pigs, you might want to check out Poundland’s cheaper version.

A 200g bag of the delicious jellies can be bought for just £1, however, lovers of the M&S classic may be shocked to discover this little twist…

Each individual sweet is shaped into a little dog character instead of a pig!!

Yeah, that’s right – Poundland has not only taken your favourite treats and slashed the price, the discount supermarket has also made them cuter by fashioning them into adorable puppies.

With a 170g bag of M&S Percy Pigs currently setting customers back at £1.65, opting to purchase a pack of the Dinky Dog treats will not only save you almost half the price, but you’ll also be getting 200g worth of sweets rather than 170g – so more to share with others (or, you know, eat alone away from prying eyes.)

This is certainly a change that we can get on board with.

Poundland

The jelly sweets, known as Dinky Dog gummy puppies, are now available in Poundland stores across the UK. So if you’re keen to check them out and see how they fair in comparison to the almighty Percy Pig, now is your chance.

Gosh, isn’t Poundland just the master of innovation when it comes to budget buying? First it introduced a super affordable school uniform range, then gorgeous budget engagement rings and now it’s gifted us with a cheaper alternative to our favourite sweets!?

You rock, Poundland.

This isn’t the only exciting food news we have for you this week, as Cadbury’s have also just announced it now has a new Dairy Milk Caramel Spread – we’re living in a beautiful time for treats, guys.
