Five Guy's new milkshake is the perfect festive drink

Five Guys – has added a Gingerbread milkshake to its line-up, just in time for festive slurping.

Five Guys has launched a brand new milkshake for the festive season, and we think it sounds delicious!

The Gingerbread milkshake is Five Guys' first new product in nearly five years, adding to their already amazing milkshake menu which includes eye-popping flavour combos such as salted caramel, coffee and even apple-smoked bacon.

Now, for the first time, Five Guys are offering customers the chance to add some festive cheer to their famous shakes.

And if gingerbread isn’t your flavour, there are over 1,000 other possible milkshake combinations on offer.

The American food chain, famously loved by Barack Obama, is now the most-ordered food brand on Deliveroo here in the UK, and can now also boast being the UK’s favourite fast food restaurant (according to Market Force), even overtaking Nando’s to race its way into the nation's hearts.

Having been in the UK for just over five years this is a massive achievement on the food map.

This brand-new flavour is the first variation since Five Guys launched in the UK. Shakes have become a hugely popular item on their menu with over 3.6 million of the thick, creamy drinks being ordered in the last year alone, enough to fill almost ten Olympic-sized swimming pools.

First opening in Covent Garden on US Independence Day 2013, Five Guys now has nearly 100 outlets countrywide and has become a favourite haunt of British celebrities such as Ed Sheeran, Tom Hardy and Mollie King.

They take pride in using only the freshest ingredients – customers can find out which local farm the beef and potatoes have come from by checking out their local Five Guys notice board.

With all the options on offer, there are 250,000 possible burger combinations and over 1,000 ways to pimp up your milkshake.

We can't wait to get in on some of this festive action...
