Iceland launch festive pie filled with a full Christmas dinner

And yes, there’s even a full size pig in blanket inside too!

Iceland has released the details of its brand new festive pie and we think it’s going to be a best-seller this Christmas.

Every year the supermarkets seem to up their games when it comes to Christmas foods and we couldn’t be happier with this year’s tempting line up of treats.

From gin-flavoured mince pies and bacon-wrapped halloumi bites, nothing says Christmas like eating your body weight in Quality Streets – right?

Not one to miss out on the action, this year Iceland are offering a festive pie filled with everything you could ever want from a Christmas dinner.

The full size pigs in blanket are quite a special touch and during the Christmas previews the team were told it is someone’s job to carefully hand-place the bacon-wrapped sausages in each pie to ensure they don’t get damaged by the machinery.

Perfect for those who can’t wait until the 25th December to tuck into a Christmas dinner, these single portion pies will get everyone feeling jolly.

Hitting the shelves of Iceland stores across the UK from the 18 November, the Festive Pies will no doubt be a bestseller.
