Lidl’s massive tomahawk steak is back in stores

With UK temperatures soaring above 30 degrees this week, it’s the perfect excuse to have a BBQ. Thankfully, Lidl’s got you covered with their massive tomahawk steak.

From 25th July, you can pick up the huge cut of meat for £14.99 per kg. It’s produced in the UK from British beef, and has been dry aged for 14 days then matured to 21 days.

Lidl claim this method leaves the steak extra juicy, so you can chow down on some serious flavour this summer. The supermarket claims it has ‘a fuller flavour with exceptional tenderness and succulence’.

It offers a lot of meat for your money, so you’d be able to treat family and friends to a cut. Or, eat the whole thing yourself if you’re feeling hungry enough.

Lidl also sell classic burgers, sausages and other cuts of meat which you can also grill to perfection if you’re not ready to take on the tomahawk.

The tomahawk steak will be available nationwide across Lidl’s 760 stores, but it’s only available while stocks last so you might want to get there fast!
