Let’s be honest, who actually wants to cook over the Bank Holiday? Thanks to M&S’ new meal deal, you don’t have to.
The new meal deal serves two people and can be bought from larger M&S stores or their Simply Food branches across the nation.
You can get a lot for your money too, with £12 getting you mains, sides and desserts alongside a bottle of wine or soft drink - that’s everything you need for a cosy night in!
It’s got something for everyone too, including classics like chicken or steak, and even a cashew mac from their new vegan Plant Kitchen range.
For mains, shoppers can choose from rotisserie chicken, two 21-day mature rump steaks, sea bream stuffed with slow-roasted tomatoes, chargrilled chicken and king prawn paella, two garlic chicken lattices, pancetta carbonara, butternut squash and goat’s cheese en croute, or Plant Kitchen’s cashew mac.

That’s a lot of options! And to be honest, it's a very difficult choice.
Sides include chunky chips, rosemary potatoes, minted new potatoes, Santini tomato salad, tenderstem broccoli, extra-fine asparagus, and skinny slaw and potato salad.
As for desserts (aka the best bit!), they’re offering New York vanilla cheesecake slices, Billionaire’s desserts, chocolate Swiss roll, strawberry jelly trifle, fresh fruit, or a cheese selection.
The deal is available from today (23rd August) until 2nd September, so you can even enjoy during the week if you're Bank Holiday feeling lasts for more than three days!
Iceland have their own Bank Holiday meal deal, which includes prosecco, if you’re keen to enjoy some bubbly over the weekend.
