The former winner of The Great British Bake Off, will be sharing her favourite party dishes with her legions of fans and will no doubt be offering up a mix of savoury and sweet delights we can attempt to recreate at home.
Nadiya’s Party Feasts: what can you expect?
After the success of programmes including Nadiya’s British Food Adventures and Nadiya’s Festive Family Feasts, the much loved TV cook is back for another helping.
Her new show – which is bound to prove a hit for foodie fans – will see Nadiya meeting people from around the world as they rustle up celebratory dishes for a variety of special occasions.
This includes a group of school children in Staffordshire who want to deliver a dish to remember to say a huge thank you to 95-year-old volunteer Jack, and Nadiya also mucks in to bake an extra special cake for the surprise birthday party for twin sisters Sonia and Sunita.
Nadiya’s Party Feasts recipes: what food will she be making?
Nadiya’s wide repetoire of recipes, including halloumi curry and coconut sambal and rose and pistachio choux stack, have already proved a hit with us, and it looks like there’s even more tantalising treats to look forward to on the new show.
Mouthwatering mains include beef chilli and jalapeño corn bread, sticky lamb ribs, while flavoursome sides include halloumi chips, smoked mackerel pate choux and colourful salads such as Brussels sprout slaw and pomegranate and parsley tabbouleh.
And as no festive celebration would be complete without a moreish dessert to round the menu off viewers will also be able to feast their eyes on puddings including passion fruit bundt and Nadiya’s chocolate eclair roll.
