Cauliflower rice

Cauliflower rice has become popular in the last few years for its ability to emulate the classic side dish without all the bloating and calories.

Cauliflower rice is so simple to make and, when fried and added to your usual sauce, you won’t be able to tell the difference between this and normal rice.
