411g can of peaches in natural juices 142ml pot double cream 1tbsp icing sugar 150ml thick Greek yogurt 75g crushed amaretti biscuits
1. Drain 411g can of peaches in natural juices, finely chop and place in a large bowl. Whip up a 142ml pot double cream with 1tbsp icing sugar until just softly peaking, then fold in 150ml thick Greek yogurt.
2. Stir in the peaches and 75g crushed amaretti biscuits. Spoon into glasses and chill for an hour or so.
