- 12 rashers maple cured bacon
- 6tbsp grated Monterey Jack cheese
- Maple syrup, to drizzle
Make the batter for pancakes.
Grill rashers of bacon for about 2-4 mins under a hot preheated grill.
Cook the pancakes.
