This simple cookie dough is egg-less, which means it’s safe to eat without baking. Use it as a dip for cookies, chocolates, fruit, or mix with ice cream for a cookie dough ice cream experience. Ingredients

  • 100g softened butter or margarine
  • 80g light brown sugar
  • 3tbsp golden syrup
  • 2tbsp milk
  • 100g plain flour
  • 50g chocolate chips

Method

  • Cream the butter and sugar together. Add the golden syrup and milk and mix through.

  • Sift the flour and add to the mix and mix to a dough. Stir through the chocolate chips.
