- 750g new potatoes
- 150g natural yogurt
- 75g mayonnaise
- 1 lemon
- 100g radishes (sliced)
- 4 spring onions (thinly sliced)
- 2tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Cook 750g new potatoes, halved lengthways for 8-10 mins until tender and drain well. Run under cold water until cold. Mix together 150g natural yogurt, 75g mayonnaise, and squeeze lemon juice and mix with the potatoes.
Season and scatter over 100g radishes, sliced, and 4 spring onions, thinly sliced, and sprinkle over 2tbsp toasted sesame seeds.
If you have cream cheese in the fridge, add a spoonful to the potatoes for extra smooth flavour.
