- 50g butter
- 300g long grain rice
- 2tbsp pilau seasoning
- 600ml hot veg stock
- 25g toasted flaked almonds to serve
Heat 50g butter in a large pan, add 300g long grain rice and stir well.
Add 2tbsp pilau seasoning and 600ml hot veg stock. Simmer for 10 mins, turn off the heat, cover and set aside for 5 mins.
Stir through 25g toasted flaked almonds to serve.
